Returns Policy
- Change of mind
If you have changed your mind please contact me to let me know within 21 days of receiving your order. Once I have received the item back in its original condition I will issue you a refund. All shipping costs are payable by the customer and requires proof of postage. Please contact me before sending the item back, it must be in its original condition and sealed packaging. This excludes personalised and custom orders/paintings.
Personalised Orders
Personalised orders are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged, as they are made especially for you.
Please make sure you leave all the relevant personalised details at the time of placing your order. Including alternative shipping address if it’s for a gift and you would like me to send it directly to the recipient.
If you made a mistake when entering to personalised details please get in touch as soon as possible. I understand mistakes do happen and I will kindly offer a discount to re-print you order.
Custom Paintings
Custom paintings are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged, as I paint them especially for you. I do however ensure you’re 100% happy with the painting before sending it to you. I do this by keeping in touch throughout the painting process and send you pictures giving you the opportunity to change anything you’re not happy with.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect?
If your order is damaged/faulty/incorrect (personalised orders included) then please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and send photos of the product and packaging (if damaged during transit). I will then replace/refund your order. Depending on the situation I may ask you to return the item, if so please send via standard rate shipping with proof of postage and receipt for you records (return shipping will be refunded). Please do not return the item until you have discussed it with me first.
Delivery
All delivery details must be correct at the time of placing your order. I’m afraid I will not take any responsibility for any parcels lost due to inaccurate/incomplete delivery address given by the customer.
Workshops
Workshops are non refundable, but I understand life gets in the way sometimes. So you are more than welcome to re-schedule for another time to suit you.

Copyright
All artwork belongs to me (Carla Gebhard) and all prints, paintings, products etc must be used for personal use only.
However if you like my style of painting and would like me create artwork for a commercial project please get in touch.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is super important to me. I will never collect or store card data, this is handled by a trusted third party. For processing and delivering your orders I collect the necessary personal data such as name and address, which is used solely for delivering your order. If you opt into receiving my newsletter using your email address, I promise not to share that information with any third parties and you are able to unsubscribe at any given time, by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the email.

OUR CONTRACT
General Terms and Conditions for Carla Gebhard Designs online shop, United Kingdom, and definitions. These General Terms and Conditions will apply when you access Carla Gebhard Designs online or place orders to purchase products from Carla Gebhard Designs online. Any reference to WE/US/OUR in these Terms is a reference to Carla Gebhard Designs online and any reference to YOU/YOUR means you, the user of the Website. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website and placing your order. By accessing any part of the Website or ordering goods from the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and will not constitute a binding contract of sale until accepted by us which applies once we have dispatched your order to you. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order.
ORDER PROCESS
You may select items from our range of products, details of which will be added to the Shopping Cart. By clicking on the ‘Add To Cart’ button you submit to buy the goods in the Shopping Cart. As soon as this offer is accepted by us your order forms a binding contract of sale between you and us. Orders will not be dispatched until payments confirmed, validated, lawful and made in full. All prices are quoted in (£) Sterling and include Tax. All quoted prices exclude delivery charges unless delivery to the EU where delivery is free. Your financial details are never shared, safeguarding your bank, credit or debit card details. PayPal uses certified encryption technology to protect your data from unauthorised access by third parties. Your order and credit card details are transmitted using an encrypted form, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and 3D Secure procedures. All personal information is handled confidentially. Placing your order authorises Carla Gebhard Designs to charge your credit/debit card account with the purchase amount. Payment is not taken until you accept our Terms and Conditions. If your card issuer participates in this program, you will be asked to enter an additional password to confirm your identity as the rightful cardholder. After entering your card details and submitting your order, you will be redirected to a page hosted by your card issuer where you can enter your password. If you are not yet registered for 3D Secure, you can do so free of charge in just a few steps during the online order process or contact your card issuer directly to register. The password you select during the registration process is only known by you and your card issuer and is requested with every purchase.
YOUR PROMISE TO US
Before placing an order you can view and amend your order details at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart. You will automatically be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order (Confirmation E-Mail) with a summary of the details of your order, which we would recommend that you print out and keep for your own records. The Confirmation E-mail does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it merely records the fact that we have received the order. You are over 18 and all information and details provided by you to us (including online registration) are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times. Whilst we will do our best to deliver your goods within the delivery time you have selected with your purchase, sometimes it may take longer than expected. You accept that on occasion, it may take us more than 30 days to deliver your goods and we thank you for your patience should this occur. If you change your mind in the meantime, you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with our terms and conditions. In the event that we are unable to meet the original delivery time stated, we will notify you of this as soon as possible and at the same time specify a new estimated delivery time. Where you have ordered multiple goods, we may sometimes need to deliver your goods in more than one delivery. If for any reason the goods ordered by you are not available at the time you place your order, we will notify you of this by e-mail. No contract of sale will be concluded in respect of goods that are not available. As soon as the goods are delivered to you, they become your responsibility.
PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES
All prices listed on the Website include the currently applicable statutory value-added tax if applied or unless stated on checkout. The prices shown on the Website do not include delivery charges. To refer to our delivery charges please refer to our delivery page. We reserve the right to make a surcharge for deliveries to very remote areas. If a surcharge is applicable to your order, you will be informed at the checkout stage of the order process, prior to placing your order. If you decide to cancel your order and return all of the items ordered, we can not refund your delivery charge and items must be returned in their original condition and must not be damaged, tarnished, scratched or altered and include the original packaging, Carla Gebhard Designs seal and any related accessories along with abiding our returns policy found on our returns page.
21 DAY RETURN GUARANTEE
You can return goods purchased from Carla Gebhard Designs (excluding sale items), for an exchange, credit note or full refund (excluding admin fee’s, surcharges and delivery costs, if the whole of your order is returned with the original invoice) provided it’s within 21 days of receiving your order. In all cases, to qualify for a refund all returns must be in their original condition and must not be damaged, tarnished, scratched or altered and include the original packaging, Carla Gebhard Designs seal and any related accessories along with abiding our returns policy found on our returns page. Please return your product to us, with the original invoice/receipt. We are unable to process a credit note, exchange or refund without a proof of purchase receipt. These conditions apply to items purchased through our website and exhibition stands by Carla Gebhard Designs. We can not accept returns when purchased through a third party. Goods are returned to us at your own cost and risk. We recommend that you send your returns by recorded signed for delivery. Once we have received the returned item/s, we will confirm receipt of your delivery by email and notify you that we are dealing with your return, followed by your refund if you qualify, (excluding admin fee’s, surcharges and delivery if eligible). If an item is out of stock we will contact you and let you know when it will be back in stock or help you with another product or alternative. Carla Gebhard Designs is under no obligation to accept returns and provide refunds for goods that do not comply with our terms and conditions (notwithstanding your statutory rights). Goods that are not accepted by us will be returned to you at your cost. If we have not received returned goods from you within a reasonable time following returns or cancellations, we reserve the right to hold the funds used in conjunction with the purchase until we receive the order in its original state. Refunds can take up to 42 days but we aim to return funds to you within 21 days and usually take 4 to 7 days. We can not accept returns on made-to-order products, i.e. Custom designs.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please send us an email to hello@carlagebhard.com. Please make sure you have your order/reference/SKU number, name and address including the card you used for payment in case required to help speed up the process of cancelling your order.
OUR OBLIGATION
Carla Gebhard Designs is under no obligation to accept returns and provide refunds for goods that do not comply with our terms and conditions (notwithstanding your statutory rights). Goods that are not accepted by us will be returned to you at your cost. If we have not received returned goods from you within a reasonable time following returns or cancellations, we reserve the right to hold the funds used in conjunction with the purchase until we receive the order in its original state.
FAULTY GOODS
If your goods are faulty or do not meet the description given on the Website, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@carlagebhard.com or use our Contact Form found on our contact page. We ask you to return the faulty goods to us and we will then provide you with replacement goods where available, or alternatively give you a full refund for those goods excluding delivery charges.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
In addition to your 21 Days Return Guarantee, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, including delivery charges if the whole of your order is cancelled, provided you notify us before your order is dispatched. Any written cancellation notice should be sent to hello@carlagebhard.com.
PERSONAL DATA
The personal information that you provide to us whilst using the Website is very important to us. We only collect and use data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on our Privacy page. This allows Carla Gebhard Designs to process payments and to send review requests and newsletters to subscribers.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to you where such loss or damage is not reasonably foreseeable to you and us at the point at which you agree to these Terms (including where the loss or damage results from our breach of these Terms).
Loss or damage will be reasonably foreseeable where it could be contemplated by you and us. We will also not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to you where you are not entering into these terms as a consumer. We do not accept any liability for damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from your use of the Website. We do not guarantee which content and services will be available on the Website.
All content and services on the Website are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis; or guarantee that the Website will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition nor that the information on the Website itself will be free from errors or omissions (however, we will use all reasonable endeavours to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable once they have been brought to our attention).
When you order goods from the Website, our aggregate liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with these Terms shall be limited in respect of each claim, to the purchase price of your order. We are not responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure arises out of any event which is beyond our reasonable control. Such events shall include, without limitation, failure of infrastructure, government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, the act of god or industrial action affecting us or our suppliers.
Copyright and Other Intellectual Property Rights Your use of the Website grants no rights to you in relation to copyright, design rights, trademarks or other of our intellectual property rights (or the intellectual property rights of third parties). We provide the Website to you solely for your personal, non-commercial use. The content of the Website may not be used for any other purpose without our express or written permission.
FINAL PROVISIONS
We reserve the right to change or update these Terms from time to time. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes that may arise shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. EMAIL POLICY
Carla Gebhard Designs uses your email address as a convenient way to contact you about your order or any reminder service you have subscribed to. From time to time, we may update you on relevant Carla Gebhard Designs news, but only with your permission. We will not pass your details on to any other relevant third parties.

The Carla Gebhard Designs online store is eager to ensure the highest value in protecting your personal data and privacy. 3D SECURE PROCEDURE
Credit card payments are protected by the internationally recognised security standard 3D Secure. The “Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard® SecureCode™” procedures allow the cardholder to authenticate the transaction using a personalised password, known only to the cardholder. As soon as you have placed your order, this password is requested by your bank depending on your method of payment using a secure form produced by PayPal. It helps to protect your card from potential fraud by unauthorised third parties.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
You can visit our website without having to directly supply any personal data. In order to optimise our service, data may be saved based on clicking behaviour. Information like your IP address, which is required for Internet communication, may be recorded. Any analysis of this data is always completely anonymous and has no reference to individuals. However, if you place an order or subscribe to our newsletter, certain information, such as your name, address and date of birth, will be required for processing, and will be saved in accordance to our data protection policy.
