I take extra care to make sure all my paintings are well packed to avoid any mishaps while in the post, but I know sometimes accidents do happen. So, if your painting hasn’t made it in one piece, please do let me know as soon as possible and I will replace/fix it for you.
I’m afraid I do not do refunds as I paint custom painting especially to order, but I do ensure you’re 100% happy with painting before sending it. I do this by keeping in touch throughout the painting process and send you pictures giving you the opportunity to change anything you’re not happy with.
I will not use any custom painting to make any new products (unless previously discussed). I respect the fact that you have purposely ordered a painting personal to you/friend/family and I don’t think it’s right to then take copies of it or have it printed on other products for my own personal gain. I will however use custom paintings for advertising purposes, so you may see your painting floating around on social media, on my website, or even on a flyer or two.
